Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PollPing ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PollPing. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Each person may only maintain one PollPing account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of earnings.
How the Service Works
PollPing connects users with paid surveys and polls from brands and research partners. You earn money by completing surveys that match your profile. Earnings vary based on survey length, complexity, and availability.
We do not guarantee any minimum number of surveys, earnings amount, or continuous availability of surveys.
User Conduct
When using PollPing, you agree to:
rovide truthful and accurate information in your profile and survey responses
Complete surveys honestly and thoughtfully
Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete surveys
Not attempt to manipulate or game the system to earn rewards fraudulently
Not share your account credentials with others
Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
Not use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location, bypass geographic restrictions, or circumvent any security measures
Prohibited Circumvention
Any attempt to circumvent the platform's security, geographic targeting, or fraud detection systems is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, using VPNs, proxy servers, Tor, or similar technologies to misrepresent your location or identity. Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all earnings, and potential legal action.
Survey Quality and Disqualification
Survey partners may set specific criteria for participants. You may be disqualified from a survey if you do not meet the required criteria or if your responses are inconsistent, rushed, or appear to be of low quality.
We reserve the right to withhold payment for surveys completed fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
Earnings and Payouts
Earning Rewards
You earn money for each successfully completed and validated survey. Reward amounts are displayed before you begin each survey.
Payout Methods
Payouts are available via PayPal, bank transfer, or gift cards, subject to availability in your region.
Minimum Payout Threshold
You must reach a minimum balance of USD $15 before requesting a withdrawal.
Payment Processing
Payout requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payout method and your financial institution.
Forfeiture
Earnings may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, or if your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months.
Taxes
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your earnings from PollPing. We may be required to collect tax information and report earnings to tax authorities depending on your location and total earnings.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of PollPing, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by PollPing or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Survey content is owned by the respective survey partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute survey questions or content.
Privacy
Your use of PollPing is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY OF SURVEYS, POTENTIAL EARNINGS, OR THE SUITABILITY OF ANY SURVEY FOR ANY PARTICULAR USER.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLLPING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE EARNED THROUGH POLLPING IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PollPing, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any pending earnings below the payout threshold may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
15. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
